The Company

I9PI was born to stimulate innovation (I9) and collaborate in the management and protection of industrial property (IP) for individuals or companies, from small companies, startups, universities and law firms to large companies and associations. Thus, we offer solutions in Product Portfolio Analysis, Intellectual Property Management (IP) and Innovation through Consulting, Advisory and Technical Guidance in the area of Trademarks and Patents.

The main goal is to make difference in trademarks and patents by partnering with experts in IP, university professors, entrepreneurs interested in ensuring legal certainty in product launches, lawyers focused on partnering with technical assistance and expertise in the area of trademarks and patents and others in love with the theme. In addition, I9PI has several partners from different areas and countries able to understand the challenge and focus on the most viable and value-added solution for those who need it.

Who we are

Leticia Khater Covesi holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV, PhD and post doctorate in Biochemistry from UNICAMP, extensive experience in Trademarks and Patents and structuring of Intellectual Property department;

She is an entrepreneur, inventor and Member of Pharmaceutical Committees and Associations: Executive Group of the Health Industrial Complex, Director of Intellectual Property and Innovation of ABIFINA and Scientific Committees of Innovation of the companies where she worked (Brace, NC Group and Hypera).

Has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market with operations in Brazil and abroad;

Visiting Researcher at the Pasteur Institute;

Collaborating researcher at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of UNICAMP;

Intellectual Property Consultant at CBMEG-Unicamp and Boldrini Research Center;

Technical advice for the Brazilian Association of Generic Medicines Industries.
